Back from my trip to New York that coincided with NY Fashion Week, some trends definitely noticed on the streets of New York, were sky high platform heels (even my brother commented on this, absolutely every girl on Madison Avenue and Park Avenue were wearing them), camel coloured bags and the full eyebrow a la

Here at Girly Goodies we love fragrances, and have been on the lookout for a female scent that has hints of coffee in it. The perfumers have used essence of coffee in male fragrances for a while and it is slowly being used more and more in the perfumes for women. I Love the one my boyfriend wears, Dior Homme Intense, so I set out to try find a female equivalent. Having read lots of reviews of L’Or de Torrente, found that although reasonably priced, everyone seemed to be loving it. It is quite hard to track down a retailer of this but eventually I found one and ordered it from a UK Company The Perfume Emporium.
Originally launched in 2001, L’Or de Torrente is from Olfactive Group: Oriental Floral, a fragrance for women.
Elegant, sophisticated, refined.
Notes of blackcurrant, tangerine, hints of coffee, rose, vanilla and orchid.
