Here is a video about the book from the goddess herself. She has a website with lots of recipes and cooking gorgeousness: Nigella Lawson

Design, Marketing, SEO | Bright New MediaProbably my favorite cocktail of all time, Here’s how to make it:
Chill your champagne glasses in the freezer for a little while.
Put a rough brown sugar cube soaked in Angostura Bitters in the bottom of each glass.
Add a splash of Remy Martin Brandy or any other quality brandy.
Top up with the best champagne you can get your hands on, as it DOES make a difference to the taste.
Decorate with a twist of orange rind.
Variations:
Add Cointreau as well as your brandy
Use Grand Marnier instead of brandy
Use orange Angostura Bitters
